Help for a happy 2½ year old

Gabriel from Norfolk is a happy little 2½ year old with Cerebral Palsy affecting all four limbs. He loves his cars and his trips out with his Mum and Dad who are very aware of his safety and the need for Gabriel to be secure and comfortable whilst travelling.
