Holly’s Wheelchair Appeal

14 year old Holly was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 23 months old. She was managing her mobility very well, however Holly was beginning to experience pain and weakness which forced her to increase the amount of time spent in her NHS wheelchair.
