14-year-old Jacob suffers from Dyspraxia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Autism. Dyspraxia is a developmental coordination disorder and affect Jacob’s fine motor skills memory and perception. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is a genetic connective tissue disorder and affects hypermobility.
